Returns, Refunds & your eBusiness

Below are the returns policies we have in place for all transactions occurring in our system:

• Merchant Network
  Merchants are responsible for making contact with the network supplier in question to arrange refunds per that specific supplier’s policy.
• e-Commerce & Product Source
  (Only applicable to those Shopster customers who signed up prior to April 29, 2009)
• Returns & Refunds - Storefront Channel - e-Commerce Solution only
  Your Secure2U Returns and Refunds policy is a set of guidelines Shopster provides for your customers to explain the contingencies around returning items purchased from your store.
• Returns & Refunds - eBay & Product Export Channels & the PowerMerchant Solution
  Our returns policy for all Shopster-sourced products purchased through the eBay & Product Source Channels as well as those from the PowerMerchant solution.
